I. Outside Sales  

    a. Geographic Coverage

        1.  Jim Watson - Atlanta, Augusta, Savannah, and North Georgia

        2.  Jamie Hill - West Georgia, Macon, and South Georgia.

II.  Inside Sales

    a.  Customer Service

        1. Jamie Hill handles the majority of customer service issues.  He routinely saves our customers money by double-checking every order received for price, quantity, or shipping instruction errors.

    b.  Order Entry

        1.   Orders for every manufacturer are received through our fax machine.  However, we receive out of state orders from Metal-Fab via EDI.

    c.  Quotations

        1.  All salesman are responsible for their own quotes.  Jamie also supports the outside sales team in handling customer quotes.

    d.  Technical Information

        1.  Technical questions are handled on a case-by-case basis.  We attempt to handle our customer's questions in house, but in more complicated situations, we will ask for assistance from the manufacturer.
